We offer custom embroidery, Direct-to-Film (DTF) printing, screen printing, and heat transfer services to bring your branding and design ideas to life.
5. How long does shipping take?
Blank apparel orders generally require 2 business days for processing, followed by approximately 4–5 days for delivery. Delivery times may vary. Custom apparel orders generally take 15–30 days, with the timeline confirmed by email.

6. Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! PORT WEAR US offers free shipping on blank apparel orders of $200 or more. Custom apparel orders are not eligible for free shipping, and shipping charges are provided in the quotation.
7. Can I return or exchange my order?
Eligible blank apparel may be returned within 30 days of delivery, subject to our Return & Refund Policy. A 25% restocking fee may apply when the return is not due to our error. Custom apparel orders are not eligible for returns.
8. Can I return personalized or custom-printed apparel?
Custom apparel orders are non-returnable. If you receive an incorrect or defective item, please contact our team so we can review the issue.
