Before production begins, customers may be required to review and approve relevant project details, including:

• Decoration methods and placement

• Design dimensions and specifications

• Order quantities

• Pricing and shipping charges

• Estimated production and delivery timelines

Production will begin after the necessary approvals and payment arrangements have been completed.

Customers are responsible for carefully reviewing and confirming the accuracy of submitted artwork, spelling, designs, quantities, sizes, and other specifications.

Changes requested after production begins may not be possible and may result in additional charges if agreed upon.

6. Artwork and Intellectual Property

Customers submitting logos, trademarks, photographs, graphics, designs, or other artwork for customization represent that they own or have obtained the necessary rights and permissions to use such materials.

Customers must not submit artwork that infringes the intellectual property rights of another person or business.

By submitting artwork for a custom order, customers grant PORT WEAR US a limited permission to reproduce and use the submitted materials solely as reasonably necessary to prepare and fulfill the requested products or services.

This permission does not transfer ownership of the customer's artwork to PORT WEAR US.

We reserve the right to decline projects involving suspected infringement, unlawful content, or other materials that we reasonably determine cannot be used.

7. Custom Apparel Production and Delivery

Custom apparel orders generally require approximately 15–30 days, depending on project complexity, product availability, quantities, customer approvals, and production requirements.

The estimated timeline for each custom order will be communicated and confirmed by email before production begins.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees.

If we anticipate a material delay, we will communicate with the customer and provide applicable options in accordance with our Shipping & Delivery Policy and relevant law.

8. Shipping and Delivery

For standard blank apparel orders:

• Processing generally takes 2 business days after payment confirmation.

• Shipping generally takes an additional 4–5 business days.

• Total estimated delivery is approximately 6–7 business days.

Delivery times may vary depending on carrier operations, destination, holidays, weather, and other circumstances.

Eligible blank apparel orders with a merchandise subtotal greater than $200 qualify for free standard shipping when the conditions described in our Shipping Policy are satisfied.

Custom apparel orders do not qualify for free shipping. Applicable shipping charges will be communicated in the customer's quotation.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If we cannot ship an order within the applicable promised timeframe, we will provide notice and any cancellation or refund options required by law.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Eligible blank apparel may be returned subject to our Return & Refund Policy.

Customers generally have 30 calendar days after delivery to request a return for eligible blank apparel.

Approved returns not caused by an error by PORT WEAR US are subject to a 25% restocking fee calculated on the eligible returned merchandise value.

Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable, and customers are responsible for applicable return shipping expenses when the return is not due to our error.

Custom apparel orders are final sale and are not eligible for standard returns, refunds, or exchanges based on changes in preference, customer-provided errors, or other non-defective circumstances.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, customers should contact us for review and an appropriate resolution.

10. Order Changes and Cancellations

For blank apparel orders, cancellation or modification requests are subject to the order's processing and fulfillment status.

For custom apparel orders, cancellation requests must be reviewed in consideration of project approvals, production progress, materials purchased, and any agreed contractual terms.

Once custom production has begun, cancellation may not be possible.

Any applicable cancellation charges or non-refundable amounts must be consistent with the customer's agreed terms and applicable law.

If PORT WEAR US cancels an order that has not been fulfilled, the customer will receive any refund required by applicable law.

11. Product Availability

We make reasonable efforts to maintain accurate inventory information.

However, product availability may change due to supplier availability, inventory updates, manufacturing changes, or other circumstances.

If an ordered product becomes unavailable, we may contact the customer to discuss suitable alternatives.

Substitutions will not be made without appropriate customer approval where required.

Customers may decline proposed substitutions and receive an applicable refund for unavailable merchandise.

12. Wholesale and Bulk Orders
